Mark Diaz Truman has authored The Play's The Thing, Our Last Best Hope, Urban Shadows, and Cartel. His many writing credits includes the 7th Sea and he's the co-founder of Magpie Games. 

We dive into Mark's evolution of game design, how he got into the business, and respond to the challenges that players face when considering a game like Cartel for their gaming group.
